25-Year-Old Shot At North Nashville Basketball Court
A 25-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot near Oakwood Park's basketball court, police say.
NASHVILLE, TN -- A 25-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot near a basketball court at a North Nashville park.
Metro Police were called to the courts at Oakwood Park around 6:30 Saturday night and found the man injured. He was immediately taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he remains hospitalized.

The man was hit twice, possibly once in the head and once in the hand. He was able to speak to police before he was taken to the hospital. No suspect information was released.
Two people were injured in a shooting at Oakwood Park on Friday night, as well.
