Celebration demonstrates Belmont Dining's commitment to recognizing and valuing employees

Belmont Dining honored its dedicated employees on National Employee Appreciation Day (NEAD) with a special celebration featuring sweet treats and giveaways.

The event, held on March 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Ayers C & D, provided an opportunity for staff to enjoy ice cream sundaes, Krispy Kreme donuts, and a chance to win prizes in a raffle.

Employees were also given the perk of wearing jeans for the day as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

"To me, NEAD is important because it gives the company and management an opportunity to formally thank our hardworking employees for all that they do to make the company successful," said Lawrence Wingate, Human Resources Manager for Belmont Dining. "It provides a chance to show we care and to give back—to reinforce our gratitude."

The celebration demonstrates Belmont Dining’s commitment to recognizing and valuing its employees, fostering a positive workplace culture that benefits both staff and the campus community.
