Cheatham County Man Missing 9 Days Found In Nashville Creek
The body of an Ashland City man missing for more than a week was found in Indian Creek in rural western Davidson County.

NASHVILLE, TN -- The body of a man missing from Cheatham County was found in a creek in rural western Davidson County Thursday.
Steven Adams Jr., 31, of Ashland City, was reported missing June 20. Investigators say he was found dead inside his car in Indian Creek Thursday morning. Police believe his car left River Road as he lost control going around a significant curve.

His car traveled 200 feet off the roadway, went down an embankment and into the creek. The car went unnoticed for nine days.
An autopsy was scheduled for Friday.
