Drunken Man Breaks Into Neighbor's Home Twice: Nashville Police
"I ain't gonna lie, I broke the window," a man accused of drunkenly trying to fight his neighbor reportedly told Nashville police.

NASHVILLE, TN -- A Nashville man drunkenly broke into his neighbor's home twice Sunday night, once after police had already come and gone, according to an affidavit.
Metro Police were called to a home after the resident said his neighbor, 39-year-old Jenara Higgins, came to the house trying to fit him. When the homeowner demurred, he said Higgins kicked out a window, knocking over an entertainment center and busting a television. Higgins then allegedly barged into the him, kicked down a bedroom door and pulled a knife, cutting the homeowner on his hand. Upon hearing the sound of approaching sirens, however, Higgins ran away.

Once police left on the initial call, Higgins returned, this time through the front door, and again allegedly pulled the knife. Officers returned quickly, however, and arrested Higgins, who reportedly admitted to breaking the entertainment center and TV.
"I ain't gonna lie, I did break the window," a "very intoxicated" Higgins told police on his way to booking, according to an affidavit.
