Free Flu Shots At Metro Health Department
The Metro Health Department - and other county health departments statewide - is offering free flu vaccination.
NASHVILLE, TN -- Free flu vaccinations are available to Davidson County residents from the Metro Public Health Department.
Free flu shots are available to walk-ins from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the following locations:
- East Health Center: 1015 East Trinity Lane
- Lentz Health Center: 2500 Charlotte Avenue
- Woodbine Health Center: 224 Oriel Avenue
Free flu shots are available at county health departments across the state, according to the Tennessee Department of Health.
