Man Found With Crack In Rectum After Jefferson Street Bust: MNPD

Three men were arrested in a Jefferson Street drug bust, including one who tried to sneak crack into the jail in his rectum, police said.

NASHVILLE, TN -- A Jefferson Street bust Wednesday netted thousands of dollars in fake cash and drugs, including crack cocaine hidden in one man's rectum, according to Metro Police.

MNPD officers smelled marijuana coming from a Jefferson Street business, according to an affidavit, and obtained a search warrant. Inside, the officers found digital scales, 440 grams - roughly a pound - of marijuana and 30 Adderall pills. They also allegedly found more pot in the toilet and wet marijuana nearby, leading to the conclusion the men had tried to flush bags of marijuana down the toilet.

The three men at the business - Deandre Rucker, Mario McKissack and Victor Owens - all denied owning the drugs, so police charged all three with marijuana possession with intent to resale, possession with intent to resale of a Schedule II drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and evidence tampering.

Investigators said they also found more than $52,000 in counterfeit cash in Rucker's car. He was charged with criminal simulation.

During booking, Davidson County Sheriff's deputies allegedly found 33 grams of crack hidden in McKissack's rectum and, after fingerprinting, discovered his true identity, which was different than the name he gave the arresting officers. He is charged with possession of contraband in jail and identity theft.
