Metro Nashville Schools Closed Friday, Jan. 12

NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Nashville Public Schools will be closed Friday, January 12 due to the threat of winter weather, the district announced Thursday afternoon.

There will be no before or after care or after school programs.

Central and eastern portions of Middle Tennessee are under a winter weather advisory, with forecasters expecting up to two-tenth of an inch of ice and up to two inches of snow.
