Missing Hendersonville Man Found Dead Aside Rural Joelton Road
Metro Police suspect foul play in the death of a man found alongside rural Bear Hollow Road.

JOELTON, TN -- A man found dead alongside a secluded Joelton road is likely a 69-year-old reported missing from Hendersonville, according to Metro Police.
A passerby found the man's body at 9:15 Wednesday morning on the side of Bear Hollow Road, a secluded creekside road in Joelton. Investigators said the man's physical description and clothing match that of James Kleinert, who had been reported missing from Hendersonville late Tuesday. Final confirmation of the man's identity will be made by fingerprints.
Detectives suspect foul play.

A friend saw Kleinert at the Dollar General at Old Hickory Boulevard and Clarksville Pike around 5 p.m. Tuesday night. Kleinert had reportedly gone to the store to meet someone about purchasing a car.
Detectives said they have "active leads" in the case.
