Nashville Woman Defecates In Cop Car: Police

Nashville police said a woman who allegedly defecated in a patrol car "showed signs of intoxication."

NASHVILLE, TN -- A Nashville woman pulled her pants off in the back of a Metro Police cruiser and defecated, according to an affidavit charging her with vandalism.

Employees at the Nashville Rescue Mission called Metro Police Sunday afternoon, saying that Elizabeth Stull, 29, who had been banned from the mission's property, was causing a disturbance. Witnesses told police that Stull had been assaulting and employee and then turned her attention to a bystander, hitting that person several times.

Police arrested Stull for trespassing and assault and then noted "her pants were wet due to the fact she urinated on herself," and charged her with public intoxication as well.

But the adventure didn't end there. As police were taking her to be booked into jail, Stull allegedly "managed to take her pant off in the rear seat of the patrol car and defecate on herself," according to an arrest report.

"Ms. Stull was also charged with vandalism due to the fact that polluted the rear seat of the patrol car with man-made biological contaminates altering the integrity of the atmosphere and causing substantial inconvenience to the officers having to clean the solid and liquid materials out of the rear of the patrol car," the affidavit says.
