  2. A 47-year-old man was shot and killed early Monday morning in East Nashville at a home in the 1000 block of Lischey Avenue, Metro police said. 3. Nashville welcomes Common Ground, a new bar and grill that recently opened in the Sylvan Heights neighborhood. Located in the former Chaatable site, the owners said the concept "is meant to be a connecting point between consumer and artist over shared ideas, dishes, and drinks."
