• Hamilton County Commission meeting time to stay in evening through January (timesfreepress.com) — Ooltewah’s own Commissioner Jeff Eversole has successfully kept Hamilton County Commission meetings at 4 p.m. through January, extending the trial of evening sessions meant to help working residents attend. Commissioners will use this extra time to weigh costs, attendance, and possibly even a different meeting day before deciding on a permanent schedule in early February.
