Cedar Park Drum Circle Invites Community Building, Friendships

CEDAR PARK, TX — The significance of building community is evident in nearly everything we do in our daily lives, from joining gyms to signing up for the school PTA. Surrounding ourselves with others who share common interests or value similar ideals motivate us to want to find form part of a community.

Cedar Park residents will have a unique opportunity to relax in the rhythm of this month's Community Drum Circle, and join one another in connection, community and creativity. For the curious, a drum circle is an informal gathering of people who meet to play drums in order to forge strong community connections. Cedar Park's Community Drum Circle is a FREE, family-friendly event hosted by Suzy of Soulshine Rhythm Experience, and all ages are invited to participate with no experience necessary.

Participants are invited to bring something to bang, shake or rattle, however, drums and percussion instruments will also be provided. Bring a chair or blanket, and come prepared to have a great time where you'll not only release any stress leftover from the week, but also have an opportunity to meet new friends and neighbors.
