- Cedar Park City Council approved an extension of the local disaster declaration. At its March 9 meeting, the council also approved an "amendment to a contract regarding emergency winter storm-related brush cleanup services." About 25% more residents still need their curbside brush cleared, and up to 24 crews are out working on weekdays, performing pickups. Community Impact Newspaper has the full scoop.
- Summer will be here soon and Cedar Park has a number of day camps where kids can stay busy and have fun while parents are at work. All-Star Sports Camp at SoccerZone Lakeline costs $350 per week; Austin Ninjas’ weeklong camps are $375 per week; and 29 KidsActing camp is $385 per week.
