Creative Virtual Workshop Offers Chance To Explore Creativity

CEDAR PARK, TX — The community is invited to explore creativity with a Zoom Happy Hour and cyanotype mask-making workshop with Anthony Maddaloni on May 27 at 5 p.m. CST. Maddaloni, a professional photographer and instructor from Austin, whose work has been published in the New York Times, Austin-American Statesman, and Shots Magazine, will donate $8 of each registration fee ($20) to first responder organizations serving the community.

Participants are responsible for their supplies (approximately $30) and available HERE. Supply list includes:

Bostick and Sullivan cyanotype kit 250 ml
1/2 yard of Kona white 100 percent cotton fabric
1 bottle of peroxide 3 percent solution
1 foam brush
3 8x10 cardboard
1 inch foam brush

Recipe for our specialty cocktail for the COVID Blues:

1-1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 oz. vodka
3 oz. creme de violette
1 oz. simple syrup
Ice
8 oz. club soda
Lemon garnish
Measure, pour, and shake the first five ingredients. Pour into a festive glass, add ice, club soda and lemon garnish. Enjoy and let your creativity flow freely!
