Online Workshop Teaches Mindfulness, Relaxation Techniques
48 Hours of Bite Sized Mindfulness is designed to practice mindfulness in short intervals around work and home commitments.
CEDAR PARK, TX—Cedar Park residents are invited to join in on a virtual experience enjoying 48 hours of Bite Sized Mindfulness with Sabina Vitacca, known as 'The Personal Trainer for the Mind'. The short-term commitment each day is pre-recorded and is able to be slotted around existing work and home commitments to watch at your leisure.
The course scheduled Saturday, Dec. 5 at 2 p.m., is designed to demonstrate the fundamentals of effective mindfulness that can be applied to work or home situations. You'll learn how to be 'present' in your thoughts, actions and behaviors and experience a boost in focus, productivity, and connection, and also helps to reduce stress.
The course focuses on bite-sized actions that can be completed in short intervals of 15 minutes a day. The online event is ideal for those:
