Virtual Yoga In The Dark Invites Community To Celebrate Fall
The hour-long beginner-friendly yoga session celebrates cooler weather and invites participants to set their intentions to candlelight.
CEDAR PARK, TX—Celebrate the cooler temperatures with an early evening virtual Yoga in the Dark session hosted by the Austin School of Film and their Play At Home Winter Workshops series. The yoga session is a beginner-friendly yoga class with Sarah Beames and is themed around Popol Vuh's 1971 album "In Den Gärten Pharaos".
Scheduled Wednesday, Nov. 25 from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., and open to adults ages 18 and over. The virtual yoga session will take place via Zoom, where once registered, participants will receive a follow-up email two hours before class begins.
Yoga in the Dark offers an hour-long practice that will actively engage your intentions, focus on self, and combine your body's movement and rhythm to the sounds of organ, acoustic percussion, and rippling water. Participants are invited to set their intentions to candlelight and conclude the class with gentle stretching. All levels welcome. Deadline to register is 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25.
