4 Arrested As Part Of Investigation Into Vehicle, Trailer Thefts

Three men and a woman are charged with engaging in organized criminal activity after two stolen vehicles and two stolen trailers were found.

PORTER, TX — Three men and a woman were arrested and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity over the weekend during an investigation stemming from the theft of a travel trailer Friday, according to a Montgomery County Sheriff's Office news release.

David Kull, Marshall Hough, Brian Adams and Bonnie Garcia were arrested as part of the investigation, according to authorities.

Shortly after a reported theft of a travel trailer on the 24000 block of Cunningham Drive in Porter on Friday, deputies stopped a vehicle pulling a travel trailer that matched the description of the vehicle used in the theft. Two of the suspects were arrested and the travel trailer recovered at the scene of the traffic stop on the 22000 block of East Martin Drive.

Investigators later found two stolen vehicles and a stolen trailer on the 23000 block of South Wildwood Road in Porter. The other two suspects were arrested at this location.

According to authorities, officers recovered approximately $40,000 worth of vehicles during the investigation.

As of Monday afternoon, Kull and Hough were still in Montgomery County Jail on bonds of $18,000 and $30,000, respectively. Adams and Garcia were not on the jail roster.
