8 Arrested In Montgomery County Prostitution Sting

A two-day sex and human trafficking sting resulted in the arrest of seven men and a juvenile for soliciting prostitution, police said

CONROE, TX — Seven men and one juvenile were arrested this week in Montgomery County after they were caught up in a two-day human and sex trafficking sting. The multi-agency task-force, dubbed Operation Broken Heart, targeted numerous online human and sex trafficking ads used to solicit sex.

Police said all eight suspects solicited an undercover detective for sexual favors. Officials in Montgomery County said in a press release that numerous complaints of online sex ads were made to their office, which prompted this latest multi-agency sting.

Police said their tactics involved a reverse prostitution investigation, using a female officer as a decoy from an escort service. Police created ads that mirrored other sexually explicit online ads and led to the arrests.

Those arrested included: Willie Davis, 47, who was on parole for murder; [Name Removed], 34; Trevor Doolin, 36; Noe Ramos-Macias, 42; Richard Rodrigues, 48; Jeffrey Sudduth, 25; Robert Williams, 52, and a 16-year-old juvenile.

Montgomery County Sheriff REand Henderson said investigators plan to conduct other similar stings against human and sex trafficking.
