Supported by the Rotary Club of Conroe, students also meet monthly on campus, enjoy pizza, and plan new service projects while local Rotarians share practical programs and holiday gatherings.

• USEF Announces Jumping Athletes For 2026 Horsemastership Training Series (chronofhorse.com) — A young show jumper from Conroe, Eleanor Rudnicki, has been selected for the prestigious 2026 USEF Horsemastership Training Series in Wellington, Florida. The program brings together top 16- to 21-year-old riders for intensive mounted and unmounted training with elite clinicians, aiming to develop future U.S. show jumping team talent.
• Jerry Bledsaw - Talk Business & Politics (talkbusiness.net) — One of Jerry Bledsaw’s daughters, Rebecca Porras, lives here in Conroe, tying his long, colorful life to our community. Bledsaw, an 86-year-old Fort Smith resident known for storytelling, truck driving, racing, and even playing Santa, died December 11 and leaves behind a large, close-knit family spread across several states.
