Conroe PD Arrests Two for Gas Station Shooting
Conroe PD arrested two people for allegedly shooting a man at a gas station.

CONROE, TX — Conroe PD arrested two people in connection with a shooting at a gas station.
Joseph and Angelica Tutter were arrested at a convenience store in Conroe on Thursday, Aug. 25, for their alleged part in an Aug. 18 shooting at the Chevron station at 1405 N. Loop 336 W.
From five-oh's description it sounds like the Tutters were allegedly at the Chevron to meet Roosevelt Spearman III.

Spearman allegedly brought a backpack full of pot and a gun to the meet, at least one of the Tutters may have also had a piece.

For some reason the alleged deal went south, shots were fired. Spearman was allegedly hit multiple times, but was able to run about 300 feet to a Walmart parking lot. The Tutters allegedly got in a car and split.
Witnesses called in the shoot-out. When the cops showed up, Spearman was allegedly hiding behind Walmart with a pistol and the pot. The Tutters were long gone, if they'd been there at all.
The cops busted Spearman, who was previously convicted of a felony. Spearman's been charged for being a felon in alleged possession of a firearm, a third-degree felony, which carries 2-10 in state prison and/or a fine that could be up to $10,000.
He also got hit with a possession charge for the pot, since he allegedly had between four ounces and five pounds he's facing a state jail felony — which is six months to two years in state jail and a fine up to $10,000.
The Tutters have each been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony, both are facing 2-20 in state and/or a fine that could get up to $10,000.
