CONROE, TX — The Conroe Police Department said it suspects foul play in the death of a man authorities found in a ditch in Conroe on Monday morning, according to a report from KHOU 11.

Police identified the victim as 59-year-old Diedrik Ivan Cavil, who police found on the 600 block of South 10th Street.
