Tamina Murder Suspect Surrenders To Police
Wayne Gordon Jr. who was wanted in the shooting death of Eric Thomas on Dec. 22, is in the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $150K bond.

CONROE, TX — A Conroe man accused in the shooting death of a man in the Tamina community just days before Christmas, surrendered to police at the Montgomery County Jail on Wednesday.
Wayne Gordon Jr., 51, has been charged with murder,. according to investigators.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office announced on Monday that Gordon was wanted for the shooting death of Eric Thomas, 36.

Thomas was found sitting behind the wheel of his wrecked car on Dec. 22 with a gunshot wound to his chest.
Thomas was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition, but later died from his wounds.

Witnesses saw a 2004 two-tone (black over tan) Ford F-150 extended cab truck with Texas license plate #AP8-3927 leaving the scene of the shooting, police said.
Gordon's bond is set at $150,000.
