Plane Crash In Porter Heights: 2 Treated For Minor Injuries
Texas Department of Public Safety authorities responded to the plane crash near Williams Airport.

PORTER HEIGHTS, TX — A civilian airplane crashed with two people aboard in Porter Heights near Williams Airport on Friday morning, according to a tweet from the Department of Public Safety Southeast Texas Region.
DPS authorities responded to the crash at Youpon Lane and Porter Lane just outside the airport, and both the pilot and passenger were treated for minor injuries. DPS officials said the Federal Aviation Administration is conducting an investigation into the incident.
The plane is a 1966 Piper PA-28 four-passenger aircraft, which are used primarily for flight training and personal use.
