Police Raid New Caney Business And Arrest Owner For Theft
Richard Sisney, 43, is accused of defrauding his customers for work his shop never performed and is charged with felony theft, police said.

NEW CANEY, TX — A local business man accusing of charging customers thousands of dollars for work that was never performed was arrested Wednesday on felony theft charges. Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office raided Eagle Tune and Lube and Eagle Custom Paint and Body Shop located on FM 1485 in New Caney, where they arrested 43-year-old Richard Sisney.
Police said they began investigating Sisney after receiving numerous complaints about the business. Customers who'd taken their vehicles to the shop for mechanical work told investigators that Sisney's shop performed poor work, and either used the wrong parts on their vehicles or parts that were of low quality, police said.
According to detectives, Sisney also agreed in some instances to perform work on vehicles, and collect payments from customers without ever servicing the vehicles.
