Undocumented Immigrant Arrested For Sexual Assaulting Girl, 11

CONROE, TX — A 31-year-old undocumented immigrant accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl was arrested and is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Jose Manuel Tiscareno-Hernandez is being held in the Montgomery County Jail with his bond set at $500,000., and an U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold had been requested due to the crime as well as his current immigration status, police said.

Police raided a home in the 400 block of Gladstell Road after hearing of the abuse on Jan. 10, but Tiscareno-Hernandez was not at the home, police said.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Tiscareno-Hernandez has been deported back to Mexico several times after entering the U.S. illegally.

Investigators learned Tiscareno-Hernandez was planning to flee back to Mexico and a warrant for his arrest was issued on Jan. 11.

Sheriff’s deputies, with the help of the FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other agencies, arrested Tiscareno-Hernandez at about 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 12.

Officials said Tiscareno-Hernandez is in the U.S. illegally and had been deported on multiple occassions.
