Birdcall's fast-food experience arrives in Frisco
The Denver-based Birdcall is on course to further expand its North Texan footprint, with its second location in Frisco

Frisco – In a thrilling update to Dallas' food landscape, Denver-born restaurant, Birdcall, famous for its sumptuous all-natural crispy chicken sandwich, marked its initial entry into Texas earlier this year. The avant-garde eatery, taking over the former Taco Cabana space at 3232 E. Hebron Parkway in Carrollton, had its grand debut late this spring.
Created by industry veterans Peter Newlin and Jean-Philippe Failyau, Birdcall came into existence in 2016. This team, acclaimed for their innovative Denver-based ventures like Park Burger and Homegrown Tap & Dough, conceived Birdcall with a twofold purpose.
Their prime mission was to reinvent the 'chicken sandwich' paradigm and elevate it from commonplace to extraordinary. The second, equally crucial, aim was to instigate a revolutionary change in how fast-food joints operate.

This dedication reflects their ardent support for the local economy and the communities they cater to.
Their enticing menu is a cornucopia of eight signature sandwiches:

Birdcall set to open its second North Texas location early in July
The Denver-originated Birdcall is ready to further its reach in Texas, with a second venue set to start operations on July 10 at 5350 Preston Road in Frisco, as stated in the latest media release.
This cutting-edge restaurant chain, applauded for its hearty sandwich collection, will once again exhibit its renowned culinary diversity, featuring crispy chicken, tender grilled chicken, and its forward-thinking plant-based patties, all complemented by a variety of extras like cheese, pickles, and hot sauce, among other toppings.
Guests at the soon-to-open establishment can look forward to exploring a vast array of dishes.
The inauguration of the Preston Road branch closely follows Birdcall's debut in Texas, marked by a restaurant that started serving in Carrollton earlier this year.
Boosting its presence in Texas, Birdcall intends to inaugurate more sites in Richardson and Dallas by the end of 2023, as disclosed in the recent press statement. This continued growth underscores Birdcall's dedication to securing its place in the Texan fast-food market.
