Little Girl's Tea Party Marks Birthday Celebration With Texas Cop Who Helped Deliver Her
Just over a year after the Texas deputy helped deliver the child, the two reunited for an adorable photo shoot.

A little girl celebrating her first birthday marked the day with someone who was there with her the day she came into the world. It wasn't her mother or her father or anyone related to her. Rather, she commemorated the occasion with the deputy who helped with her spontaneous delivery at a gas station in Texas just over a year ago.
Evelyn, the second child of Destiny and Caleb Hall, came into the world July 18, 2016. The parents, who live in Granbury, Texas, made the drive to the hospital in Fort Worth when Destiny started having contractions in the evening but were sent back in the wee hours of the morning when the couple was told that the mom was not in active labor.
Destiny gave a detailed account of the night or rather early morning Evelyn was born to The Huffington Post last year. The couple came home around 5:30 a.m. July 18 to rest but they soon set out to the hospital again when Destiny's contractions intensified. They lined the car with garbage bags and halfway through the journey, her water broke, according to the account given to Huffington Post.

Things moved quickly from there. Deputy Mark Diebold spotted their speeding car and offered to help. They later pulled over at a gas station where Evelyn was born.
“Mark was like a little kid in a candy shop, high-fiving and celebrating with us!” Destiny told The Huffington Post at the time.

When Evelyn was born, photographer, Cyndi Williams, orchestrated an adorable photoshoot with tiny Evelyn posing with Diebold's uniform.

She called Diebold one of the most genuine, loving and caring people her family has met.
"He is quick to think of others and we are so blessed to call him friend and family," she told ABC News.
Diebold even briefly changed his profile picture on Facebook to one of him and Evelyn at the tea party.
