Here are the top three stories today in Dallas:
- Dallas' naturalization ceremony welcomed 35 new North Texas residents as U.S. citizens. The ceremony was held on Friday, National Immigrant Day. The 35 residents came from 18 different countries. Each resident took an oath of naturalization during the ceremony. (FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth)
- Angelika Dallas will be screening Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho on Monday, Oct. 31. The special screening will be at 7:00 p.m. at the Dallas location on E. Mockingbird Lane. - Dallas Animal Services is asking for the community's help. Residents are encouraged to adopt and foster pets to reduce the number of euthanizations that the department needs to perform. Euthanizations have increased by 86 percent this fiscal year, according to the department. The shelters continue to have capacity issues. (FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth)
