Here are the top three stories today in Dallas:

  1. The Dallas Foundation has named three finalists for its Pegasus Prize. The award is meant to recognize a local organization that is applying innovative ideas to address the local community's needs. The three finalists for 2022 are Kosmos Arts & Tech, Project Lorenzo, and Seeds 2 STEM. The winner will receive a $50,000 prize. (dallasinnovates.com)
  2. Texas Lottery officials report that a Dallas resident won $1 million during the Nov. 2 Powerball drawing. The winner has chosen to remain anonymous. The winning ticket was purchased in Round Rock at JaJa Accessories. The resident's ticket matched all five white balls but missed the Powerball. (WFAA.com)
  3. The National Transportation Safety Board has released information about the six individuals that died during a mid-air collision on Saturday in Dallas.
