Here are the top three stories today in Dallas:

1. The Vignette Art Fair will be open to the public today at the Dallas Market Hall. It will be located at the Freeway Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Vignette Art Fair is the largest exhibition of women artists in the state. This is the first time it has been held since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. (Subscription: Dallas Morning News)
2. Southbound Central Expressway was shut down for hours after a Friday morning crash. The incident occurred around 5:20 a.m. and involved an 18-wheeler hauling multiple cars. Thankfully, no injuries were reported during the incident. The expressway reopened for traffic around 9:45 a.m. (WFAA.com)
3. A new study conducted by Everything Lubbock indicates that the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is the most expensive area in the state. The study used data collected through the Council for Community and Economic Research's Cost of Living Index. Everything Lubbock compared 18 areas based on housing, utilities, healthcare, transportation, and grocery costs. (CW33)
