Following medical clearance, he was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility, and Horizon City Police are urging residents to keep reporting suspicious activity to help protect local neighborhoods.

NBA veteran makes holiday stop at New Mexico dispensary near El Paso (elpasotimes.com) — While spending the holidays with family in the El Paso area, NBA veteran Markieff Morris stopped by the Hi Life cannabis dispensary just across the state line in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. The visit highlights how nearby New Mexico shops draw El Pasoans under that state’s legalization laws, as cannabis sales there continue to surge past $2 billion statewide since adult-use became legal.
