4 Killed In Apparent Murder-Suicide In NW Houston: Police

Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies found four people with gunshot wounds in an apartment on Cypresswood Drive on Thursday morning.

HOUSTON, TX — Four people have been killed in a shooting Thursday morning at an apartment in northwest Houston, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities believe the shooting, which occurred on the 9700 block of Cypresswood Drive, was a murder-suicide, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.

The victims include one child and three adults, and a neighbor heard four shots, then two more shots after a pause between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m., according to ABC 13 Houston.

There is no active threat in the complex, according to authorities.
