Chamber to Host Annual Holiday Business Showcase

Houston, Spring, Klein and Champions TX – The Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce will host its Annual Holiday Business Showcase and Luncheon Thursday, December 8th, 11:00 am – 1:30 pm at Shirley Acres, 217 Woerner Rd., Houston, TX 77090. This holiday event includes a business expo that gives local area businesses an opportunity to showcase their products and services. The event is open to everyone and chamber membership is not required to attend or to become an exhibitor. Advance reservations are $30 until December 6th and $35 thereafter, and includes a luncheon buffet, holiday music and an opportunity to visit with local business representatives in a fun and festive atmosphere.

Local businesses are encouraged to register as exhibitors. Exhibitor fees are $150 for Chamber members and $250 for non-members. The Holiday Business Showcase is designed to promote both small and large businesses, provide a venue for companies to increase visibility, and attract new customers. Vendors providing a Sales Tax Certificate will be permitted to sell products at their booths. Booth pricing valid through December 1st.

The Chamber staff encourages creativity for trade show booths at this event. “This is always a fun event for our members and guests- lots of Santa hats and reindeer antlers,” said Barbara Thomason, Chamber President. “It’s a great opportunity to celebrate our local businesses while enjoying the holiday season.”

The Holiday Business Showcase and Luncheon is open to the public and is an effective way to network among the area’s new and established businesses and learn more about upcoming community events.
