Dancing With The Stars Val Chmerkovskiy Shares Immigration Story

HOUSTON, TX — You've seen him on ABC's Dancing With The Stars, now hear his real life story.

Professional dancer, Val Chmerkovskiy of Dancing with the Stars will be at River Oaks District on Saturday, June 9 during The District’s Summer Saturday’s event.

He will be doing a reading and a Q&A about his recently published book, I’ll Never Change My Name: An Immigrant’s American Dream from Ukraine to the USA to Dancing with the Stars.

Make plans to stop by

• When: Saturday, June 9, from 10:30 a.m. - noon.
• Where: The courtyard outside of Toulouse at River Oaks District , 4444 Westhemer Road.

Val will take questions from the audience and give away a book to the first 20 people that ask a question.

Make sure you arrive early, and be prepared to ask your questions.
