1. Seltzerland is coming March 12th to Houston's Wildcat Golf Club with more than 100 different kinds of seltzers to try. Tickets are now available and include games, photo opportunities, and more. (Fox 26 Houston)

2. The District Market Green Grocer is now open in the same north Houston storefront where Robert Thomas once ran the nightclub District 1960. Thomas is the only employee and stocks the shelves, does the accounting, rings up customers and cleans the bathrooms, six days a week. (Houston Chronicle)

3. A man is in critical condition after police say someone shot him as he was answering the front door of an apartment Monday night. It happened on Martin Luther King Boulevard in the South Acres Area. The victim's girlfriend says he was shot in the stomach twice when he answered the door. An investigation is underway. (KHOU 11)

4. The Harris County DA Kim Ogg wants to hire 82 more prosecutors and is being met with opposition from Democrats and activists. Criminal justice reformers, including the ACLU, say Ogg's latest proposal is "more of the same" and that she is running a "mismanaged office." (Houston Public Media)

5. A deadly fight at Texas' U.S. Penitentiary Beaumont resulted in two inmates dead and two more hospitalized on Monday, according to a news report from NBC. The Bureau of Prisons also ordered a temporary shutdown of all its facilities in response to the fight as well. (Houston Patch)
