Eagle’s Trace Promotes Jon David to Director of Sales

Holds career history in sales, human resources, & operations; recently served as associate sales director at Erickson Senior Living campus

Eagle’s Trace, an Erickson Senior Living community in West Houston, has announced the promotion of Jon David to Director of Sales.

Jon joined Eagle’s Trace in 2023 as a senior human resources manager, and in April 2024, transitioned to the sales team as associate sales director. Previously, he served as director of human resources and operations for the George Washington Academy in Casablanca, Morocco. He has more than ten years of sales experience in additional roles.

“From day one, Jon has distinguished himself as a caring advocate for prospective residents and a helpful, supportive leader,” said Holly Henderson, vice president of regional sales for Erickson Senior Living. “His strong work ethic and One Team spirit have resulted in productive partnerships and meaningful connections with prospects, residents, and team members. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University. He is involved in several organizations, including the Mankind Project, a men’s mentorship organization, and the Society of Human Resource Management. A resident of Houston, he lives with his wife of 30 years, Terri. The couple has two children, Evan, a ski instructor in New Mexico, and Allison, a university student in France.
