Houston High School Football: Who Won Friday, And Who Plays Today
Patch has the scores from Thursday and Friday night action, and great games are on tap this Saturday. Find out if your team won this week.

HOUSTON — It’s week three of the Texas High School football season, and Houston area teams are beginning to hit their stride, and are hoping that momentum can carry them into the playoffs. There are a number of game on tap for Saturday afternoon starting with the Tomball Cougars hosting the Port Neches-Groves Indians at 2 p.m. Other games on tap include Pearland taking on Cinco Ranch at 6 p.m., Benjamin Davis going at Westbury, and Clear Springs taking on George Ranch.
In Friday night action the Kingwood Mustangs lost a close one to Atascocita 27-20, while the Spring Lions lost a wild one to the Travis Tigers 56-53.
Tomball Memorial won decisively defeating Cy-Woods 55-21 at home, while Madison won in overtime at Northside 22-20. a week-long deluge in Galveston caused officials to cancel the game between Galveston Ball and the Wheatley Wildcats.

There also were great games on Thursday with Milby falling to Marshall 47-0, and Humble steamrolling Sam Rayburn 58-0. In other Thursday action, Seven Lakes edged Austin 30-29 and Montgomery fell to Magnolia 42-14. Keep up with all the action on the interactive scoreboard below.
