Harris County Man Charged For Possession Of Child Pornography

From Harris County Sheriffs Office: On March 2nd, 2017, the Harris county Sheriff’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit executed a search warrant in the 9800 block of FM 1960 Bypass West, Harris County Texas in relation to the possession and distribution of child pornography based on information obtained from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.During the search warrant execution investigators spoke with Joshua Fairchild who admitted he had been looking for images of child sexual assault.

The suspect admitted to using his phone to search for and download images of child sexual assault. After a forensics examination of the suspect’s cell phone numerous images of child sexual assault were recovered and three charges of Possession of Child pornography were accepted by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.Court appearance 183rd District Court$60,000 Bond3rd Degree FelonyFor full details, view this message on the web.
