Have You Seen Him: Suspect Wanted For 2018 Murder Of Homeless Man
Homicide investigators say Tony Stanton was visiting a homeless camp on Oct. 30, when he unexpectedly gunned down a homeless man.

HOUSTON — A man who police said gunned down a homeless man inside a downtown encampment late last year is still on the run. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of Tony Stanton.
Houston Police homicide investigators said that at 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 30, that Stanton was visiting at a homeless encampment in the 1700 block of Commerce Street.
Witnesses said that for reasons that are still unknown, Stanton walked up behind the victim and shot him in the back of the neck at close range. The victim died at the scene.

Stanton is a black male, 26 years old, 5-feet-8, and between 210 and 220 pounds.
