1. A couple from Houston that is now in Ukraine is offering shelter to over two dozen refugees. Rhonda and Mark Blessing moved to Ukraine in the early 1990s as missionaries and later started their own church. (ABC 13)
2. A Houston mother wants southwest Houston daycare, Prince and Princess Daycare, shut down after she says another child sodomized her 3-year-old son there at the daycare. She says her son told her he was victimized in the daycare classroom when the teacher was out. Both CPS and the Houston Police Department confirmed they are investigating. (Fox 26 Houston)
3. Houston Police Deparment's K-9 Nate is back after recovering from a serious injury he suffered in the line of duty. Nate was stabbed in the chest with a butcher's knife while trying to catch a suspect in late January. (KHOU 11)
4. Houston video game developer, Vigilant Addiction Studios, ran a successful Kickstarter campaign for its second game "Silent Santicado" that is planned for release in 2023. The game is an old-school action-adventure video game. The game is still in the alpha phase at this time. (Preview)
5. A Houston man accused of shooting at restaurant workers over barbeque sauce is now being held in jail with no bond. Investigators say 36-year-old Andre Thomas became enraged over a takeout order. He is facing two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and burglar of habitation. (Click2Houston)

- Two school board trustees were publicly reprimanded on Thursday night during a special session of Katy ISD's school board. The issue comes from former Katy High School quarterback Bronson McClelland, who in 2019 was disciplined for using the N-word in a video that was posted online. (ABC 13)
