1. Common Bond has opened its sixth On-The-Go location in The Ion mixed-use development in Midtown. It is Houston's fastest growing bakery and café. Guests can enjoy freshly baked goods such as kouign-amann, cookies, macarons, cakes and also vegetarian sandwiches. (CultureMap Houston)

2. Classes were canceled for the rest of the day Tuesday after a bomb threat was received at La Marque High School, according to Texas City ISD officials. The district is anticipating a regular school day Thursday, according to the email. (Clear Lake Patch)

3. The FBI arrived at the Houston Health Department building at 8000 N. Stadium Drive around 9 a.m. Wednesday as part of a federal investigation, according to the FBI. "The investigation involves allegations concerning a Health Department marketing vendor and employee conduct," the Houston Health Department said. The city of Houston is fully cooperating and does not comment on ongoing investigations." (Click2Houston)

4. Two women, 28-year-old Diandra Faith Arrona and 47-year-old Trancito De Jesus Arrona, were arrested and charged on Tuesday with felony assault on Klein ISD administrators, according to the district. Klein ISD said the suspects were in a meeting with administrators at Schindewolf Intermediate School when they became angry and attacked them. (KHOU 11)
