HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS — A 32-year-old man is facing criminal charges for allegedly setting his girlfriends car on fire after the couple had a fight, officials said. Harris County Fire Marshal's Office fire investigators responded to a vehicle fire on Nov. 20 in the 13900 block of Lanceoak Ct.
