HPD Investigating Shooting At Murr Way
Second shooting in Houston within 12 hours being investigated, suspects unknown
HOUSTON, TX — Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man and a woman that occurred at 11300 Murr Way around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday morning. The victims, Wyesha Wade, 22, and Caleb Reed, 18, were both transported to Ben Taub General Hospital for treatment.
According to HPD Major Assaults Unit Sergeant T. Richardson and Detectives M. Barrow and R. Watson, Ms. Wade and Mr. Reed were driving on Murr Way near Selinsky when their vehicle was shot multiple times by an unknown suspect(s). They then drove to a nearby Houston Fire Department (HFD) station to seek assistance where paramedics then transported them to the hospital.
