KATY, TX — A car crash involving a semi trailer on Interstate 10 Katy Freeway eastbound has all lanes blocked, according to the Houston Police Department.
Drivers should expect delays, authorities said.
Traffic delays were already expected in Houston on Wednesday because of Thanksgiving travel.
