Katy McDonald's Hosts McNugget Eating Contest On Wednesday

KATY, TX — If you love McDonald’s restaurants and fancy yourself a fan of the crispy Chicken McNugget, then plan to come to the Morton Ranch location and cheer on your favorite McNugget lover in a McNugget eating showdown.

The contest takes place at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One hundred contestants will be at the McDonald’s, located at 22914 Morton Ranch Rd. in Katy, to take part in a 3-minute Chicken McNugget eating contest.

Supporters of competitors are allowed to cheer, but cannot interfere in the nugget feast.

Competitors will be allowed to use their favorite dipping sauce, and will be given water to dip their nuggets to soften the food.

Contest rules include:

• No Chipmunking: Stuffing as much food as possible in your mouth in the waning seconds of the contest is not allowed and the contestant will be disqualified.
• No Vomiting: If a contestant vomits during or immediately after the contest, they are disqualified.
• No Interference: Audience members who are their for support, will not interfere or assist competitors.
