How did you get into the insurance industry?
After Hurrican Katrina was relocated and had very hard and bad experience with insurance industry. So joined liberty mutual to learn in and outs about insurance to help people in needs.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Helping potential customers in their insurance needs. Especially when they have no clue and struggling to understand how insurance really work. Be always there for them when they need us the most in Catastrophic events.
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
That insurance is always there for them in sudden and what if in your life events. Hope customers understand that insurance is mostly for big losses for carriers to help them.
What's something you wish everyone knew about working with a local agent?
Local Agents are very important in customer's insurance need. Local Agent understands the local market because we are one of them. We know the area, we know the local trends we know the local needs, we know the local weather and local people's behaviors.

That it is always good to get 2nd an d3rd option so they can make wise and proper decision. It is not always who is cheapest but what type of policies they have and what benefits they have by picking the right plan.
What do you like most about the Houston area?
Adversity. Houston has all walks of life people living here. I really believe Houston, TX truly is melting pot city.
What’s your favorite restaurant in the Houston area?
I have several but like Tex-Mex( Lupe Tortilla, Pappasitos) and like good steaks . Pappas Bros and perry steak house few of my favorites
What’s one hidden gem in the Houston area that everyone should know about?
We have people and food from every region of the world. You name the country and region we have it here.
