Spring Man Wanted On Child Porn Charges Out On Low Bond
Jesus Rodriguez Was Arrested In May On Felony Child Porn Charges, But Made Bail. He is Wanted By Police On New Child Charges, Police Said.

HOUSTON, TX — A man who was arrested in May on felony charges involving online child solicitation and sexual performance of a child is facing new charges. However, investigators are unable to find the man who bonded out on the original charges.
On May 11, investigators with the Harris County Constables Office High Tech Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment complex in the 7200 block of West Greens Road. The investigation stemmed from an Online Solicitation of a Minor case, according to Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman.
Investigators arrested Jesus Rodriguez and charged him with Sexual Performance by Child and Online Solicitation of a Minor.

During the investigation, police conducted a forensic examination of the electronic devices seized from Rodriguez's apartment.
Investigators found numerous images child pornography on Rodriguez's devices, and he was charged with Promotion of Lewd Visual Material of a Child and two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

However, Rodriguez had already been released on bond before charges were filed, Herman said. Once he is found, Herman said Rodriguez will be held without bond until he goes to trial.
