Tornado Warning Expires In East Houston, Harris County: NWS
Two thunderstorm warnings are still in effect in southeastern Harris County.
HOUSTON, TX — The tornado warning issued by the National Weather Service for central Harris County expired at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday, and another tornado warning issued for east Harris County expired at 9:45 a.m.
A storm capable of producing thunderstorms was over Aldine at 8:55 a.m. and traveled east through Lake Houston, south Atascocita and the Crosby and Barrett area.
A pair of thunderstorm warnings in southeastern Harris County are in effect until 9:45 a.m. Areas affected will be Pasadena, Baytown, Clear Lake, La Porte and the surrounding areas. The biggest threat of the storm is the wind, which is gusting up to 60 mph, according to NWS.

Flying debris and damage to roofs, windows and cars will occur and tree damage is likely, according to NWS Houston.
A tornado watch is still in effect for Harris County until 4 p.m.
