United Airlines Passenger Dies On Flight From Houston
A passenger on United Airlines flight 1888 died while flying to Boston from Houston Tuesday night.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A passenger on a United Airlines flight from Houston to Boston suffered a medical emergency while in the air and died.
The incident happened shortly before midnight on Flight 1888 when several noticed something was wrong with the passenger and alerted the pilot, who made an emergency landing at Dulles Airport in Washington, DC.

According to a KHOU report, the aircraft was met on the tarmac by emergency personnel, but the passenger was pronounced dead.
United Airlines released this statement:

"We are saddened to learn that our customer passed away. We extend our sincerest condolences to their family."
The passengers on United Flight 1888 were put on a different aircraft and resumed their travel.
Officials have not released the passenger's name, or indicated what may have caused the death.
