President Joe Biden will give his remarks following a school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, that killed at least 14 students and one teacher.
UVALDE, TX — President Joe Biden will address the nation at 8:15 p.m. ET Tuesday from the White House after the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday that killed at least 14 students and one teacher.
The shooting occurred at Robb Elementary School and the gunman was believed to be killed by law enforcement. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott identified the shooter as 18-year-old Salvador Ramos.
The shooting occurred four years after a gunman killed 10 people at Santa Fe High School in the Houston area.
